What is brow lamination?
Brow Sculpt is brow lamination with a bespoke HD Brows twist. Whether you dream of achieving that full, fluffy eyebrow look, want to create symmetry in uneven brows or tame unruly hairs, our Brow Sculpt brow lamination treatment is for you. This corrective treatment helps you to achieve your desired position for up to 6 weeks.

Brow lamination is a two-step eyebrow perming treatment that involves correcting the brow shape by setting the hairs in place using a chemical solution. In the first step, a cream is applied that breaks down bonds in the eyebrow hairs so they can be manipulated into a new position.
In the second step, another cream is applied to rebuild these bonds and set the brows in their new uniform position.
If you have unruly, flat or downward growing hairs, eyebrow lamination can change the direction of growth to create a more uniform look with a higher arch and a more desirable brow shape. Brow lamination lasts 4 to 6 weeks generally, with proper care allowing the brow treatment to last as long as 8 weeks. If this new on-trend & in-demand technique isn't enough, eyebrow lamination forms just part of our full Brow Sculpt treatment.
Our corrective eyebrow treatment realigns your brow hairs into your desired position, making them much easier to manipulate. It can also help to achieve instantly fuller-looking eyebrows using your existing hair. Whether you want to correct your shape, lift the hair, or both of these options, here are the benefits of our bespoke take on the brow lamination treatment.

Correct
The results using our BrowsSculpt product technology can dramatically enhance the shape of your eyebrows, helping you to achieve your dream brows in as little as one treatment. It’s ideal if you want to change your full brow shape, but did you know that our treatment can be tailored to correct smaller targeted unruly areas? Our stylists are trained to offer brow lamination in specific areas that suit your brow needs, perfect if you just want to add symmetry.
Lift
From an extreme brushed up look to a subtle lift (and everything in between), your brows will appear fuller in an instant using your existing brow hair, making it a great microblading alternative. In order to achieve this lift, brow lamination relaxes and reforms the hairs, which also makes them easier to manipulate in to your desired position - another bonus if you have unruly hairs! Your morning beauty routine just got a whole lot quicker.
BrowSculpt process
Consultation
All of our treatments begin with a thorough consultation, so your stylist can establish your brow goals and work to achieve them.
Relaxing the hair
We’ll start the process by relaxing the hair: breaking down the hair structure to make it straighter and easier to manipulate.
Setting the shape
Next, we’ll brush them into your desired position before applying a treatment lotion that sets the brows in place.
Bespoke brow tinting
Your stylist will then tint your brows, using our Brow Dyes to mix a custom colour that that’s totally bespoke to you.
Mapping the brows
Now that your hairs are in their new position, you’ll need a new shape to match. We’ll create it with a combination of waxing, threading, tweezing and feathering.
Finishing
Those finishing touches make your fresh brows feel even fresher, even if it’s just adding a hair stroke or two.
HD Brows brow lamination FAQs
You’ve Got Questions - We’ve Got Answers
How long does brow lamination last?
Brow lamination results last up to 6 weeks following treatment. Your stylist will provide aftercare advice, to help you maintain your fresh brows.
How much does brow lamination cost?
HD Brows Brow Sculpt treatment is £45. This includes the brow lamination process as part of the full treatment.
How long does a brow lamination take?
The brow lamination process can take up to 12 minutes, however, other tinting and hair removal techniques are incorporated into the treatment. When brow lamination is incorporated into the HD Brows treatment, it should take roughly 55 minutes.
Is brow lamination suitable for me?
Brow lamination works for most eyebrow shapes and styles, from full to sparse, so is ideal for anyone looking to improve the shape of their brows.
Does the brow lamination treatment involve adding in hairs?
Not at all - there’s no eyebrow extensions or permanent make up involved in a brow lamination treatment. The treatment uses entirely your own brow hair. It’s the eyebrow repositioning and shape correction that gives a fuller appearance.
Is brow lamination safe?
Brow lamination is safe if done by a trained professional. Your stylist will ask relevant questions and undertake the relevant patch test policy to ensure that the treatment and products are suitable for you. We do not recommend DIY brow lamination at home kits
Eyebrow lamination aftercare advice
It’s really easy to care for your brows following a lamination treatment. For the first 24 hours, you should treat your brows with care, avoiding getting them wet, steam baths and saunas. After this time, you can treat them normal, simply brushing into place every morning with a spoolie.
Do I need to do a patch test?
You will be required to carry out a product patch test prior to your first appointment with your Stylist. You will only need to re-take the patch test if there is a six month break between treatments, or you have changes to your medical history.
Is brow lamination the same as a lash lift?
Brow lamination is not the same as a lash lift or LVL, but uses the same principles. Firstly, the bonds in the eyebrow hairs are broken down so they can then be reset in your desired position.
Is brow lamination permanent?
Brow lamination is not permanent; results usually last up to 6 weeks.
What’s an HD Brows re-growth programme?
For some, the perfect brows might just be one treatment away. However those with sparse or over-plucked brows may need to be put on a re-growth programme. Your stylist will educate you on the areas needed to grow in so the shape can be improved at each appointment. You’ll also be educated on the best HD make up to use on any gaps in your brows until your dream brow shape has been created.
BrowSculpt Eyebrow Lamination Aftercare
Brow lamination is one of the hottest eyebrow treatments out there right now. With its ability to manipulate brow hairs into your desired position, it’s no wonder that brow lovers can’t get enough of the results. However, to maintain laminated brows you need to ensure that you’re following the correct aftercare. Our easy-to-follow brow lamination aftercare tips will ensure that you get the very best results, every time.
How to look after brow lamination in the first 24/48 hours after treatment
As part of your eyebrow lamination aftercare, it is crucial that you:

Avoid getting the brow area wet for 24 hours
Avoid contact with direct sunlight, sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms and swimming pools for the next 48 hours
Avoiding excessive rubbing or touching of the treated area for 24 hours

We also recommend that you follow these guidelines in the run up to and the days after your BrowSculpt treatment:

Avoid using exfoliating (be it AHA, BHA or scrubs) and anti-ageing skincare around the brow area for three days either side of your treatment
Avoid fake tanning products (including gradual tan) on the face for three days either side of your treatment, as it can discolour the eyebrow tint (unless you’re after khaki coloured brows)
Your stylist will apply some make up at the end of your treatment, however you should avoid applying any further heavy make up (foundations, etc) on the area around the brow for 24 hours

Your stylist will begin to create your dream eyebrow shape through waxing, using our exclusive design formula. They’ll keep in mind any areas where you may want to re-grow hair, working towards your long-term brow goals.
What should I not do after HD Brows?
The key points to remember after an HD Brows treatment are:
Do not get the brows wet for 24 hours
Do not use sunbeds, saunas, steam-rooms and swimming pools for 48 hours after your treatment.
Do not touch or rub the treated area for 24 hours after your treatment.

Do not apply exfoliators, anti-ageing skincare or tanning products around the brows for three days after your treatment,
How do I keep my brows in shape after brow lamination?
Brow lamination does not permanently set your hairs in your desired, brushed up position. It breaks down the bonds in your hair so that you can easily manipulate them into the look you want. All you’ll need to do is brush them back into place with a spoolie brush in the morning to get them back to that fluffy finish – no product required. These results will last for 6-8 weeks.

To really enhance laminated brows and maintain that freshly laminated look right up to your next appointment, an ultra-strong eyebrow gel like Brow Glue is a must have.
